COA Listing Board

Introduction

One listing. Four places. COAListing × FindHartanah × your website × your agency's

Post once as an agent and the listing goes live on the co-agent board, on the public FindHartanah portal, on your own personal website, and on your agency's website — with no retyping and no uploading the same photos twice.

Tap any of them to jump straight to that part.

What this deck covers

The problem

Agents repeat the same work in many places

The same listing gets retyped in WhatsApp groups, on portals, on Facebook. Finding a co-agent means asking around one by one. Looking professional means paying for a website.

Time lost

Retyping the same details for every platform.

Co-agents are hard to find

No single place for registered agents to connect.

No identity of your own

Listings drown among everyone else's ads.

COAListing

A co-agent board for registered agents

COAListing is open only to verified REN, PEA and agencies. Agents share listings here for co-agency work — it is not a public browsing site.

coalisting.com
coalisting.com
Verified agents

Every account is approved by an admin before posting.

Open for COA

Mark a listing open for co-agency and other agents know instantly.

Analytics & leads

See who viewed, saved and contacted your listings.

COAListing — in detail

What agents can actually do inside

Post sale, rent & drafts

Save as a draft first and publish once photos and price are final.

COA requests

Other agents send a request; you approve or decline from the dashboard.

Quick Check & Full Report

Check a buyer's loan eligibility before spending time on viewings.

Viewing bookings

Viewing and callback requests land in one list.

Agency mode

An agency can post on behalf of its agents and see the whole team's listings in one dashboard.

COA-Mark

Mark another agent’s listing you want to help market; it is kept in your own COA-Mark list.

The To-Do tab

Shows which active listings are not yet posted on every ad platform.

Archive

Old listings are kept tidily and can be looked up again any time.

Listing performance

Weekly views, best performers and where leads come from.

Owner phone numbers are never exposed to other agents. Contact happens agent to agent.
FindHartanah

The public portal for buyers and renters

FindHartanah.com is the public-facing side. Listings you post on COAListing can appear there directly — with no retyping.

findhartanah.com
findhartanah.com
Simple search

Filter by location, type, price, rooms — built for ordinary users.

Leads straight to you

WhatsApp and calls go straight to the listing agent.

Owners can use it too

Owners can post their own ads; agents can ask to open them for COA.

FindHartanah — in detail

Three kinds of user, one portal

Buyers & renters

Filtered search, saved listings, saved searches, and a list of what they viewed before.

Home owners

Can advertise their own home free and manage it from their own dashboard.

Agents

Your listings carry your name, photo and agency. Leads come straight to you.

Buying cost calculator

On every listing: stamp duty, SPA and loan legal fees, valuation — with the total cash needed on top. Agents can copy the summary straight into a buyer's WhatsApp.

Loan eligibility report

Users work out their affordability and get a PDF — you get a lead that is already prepared.

The Open COA button

An agent listing that is open for co-agency carries an Open COA badge, so other agents can see at a glance which ones welcome a partner.

Owner listings

Owners selling on their own? That is an opportunity, not a loss

On general classifieds, an owner selling privately posts an ad agents may not touch. Every one of those is business that slips past agents. On FindHartanah we do the opposite — owners can still post, but agents can offer to help.

The owner posts their own ad

Free, from the owner dashboard. The listing is marked as an owner listing.

An agent sees it and offers to help

An owner ad shows the owner's own number, so a registered agent can contact them and offer their service.

The owner decides

The owner can accept or keep selling alone. Nobody is forced.

The agent takes on the heavy work

Viewings, buyer screening, loan eligibility and paperwork — the parts owners get stuck on.

In short: an owner ad elsewhere means a lost case. Here, it becomes a list of opportunities for agents.
Personal website

Your own website, listings flow in automatically

Every agent can have their own website — your name, your photo, your listings. Add a listing on COAListing and the site updates itself. No extra work.

Contoh website ejen
Contoh website ejen
Your own domain

For example yourname.my — or use the free link provided.

A full profile

Photo, REN/PEA number, agency, your bio and a contact form.

Always current

Sale, rent and status all follow what is in your dashboard.

Your website — in detail

What your website comes with

Home page

Your photo and name, a property search, and your latest listings.

Agent profile

REN/PEA number, agency, coverage areas and your bio.

All listings

A full listing page with sale, rent, location and price filters.

Direct contact

WhatsApp and call buttons on every listing, straight to you.

Sell My House / Buy a House

Forms for owners and buyers to send requests directly to you.

Domain or link

Use your own domain, or start with the free link we provide.

You never update this website by hand. Everything on it comes from your COAListing dashboard.
linkren.my

One link for your Instagram and TikTok bio linkren.my/yourusername — free, ready for every agent.

Instagram and TikTok allow just one link in your bio. This is the page for that link: your photo, your REN/PEA number, a WhatsApp button, buttons to your own TikTok and Instagram, and your 6 latest listings — all of it from the same dashboard.

Your own link

linkren.my followed by your username. No domain to buy.

Six templates

Navy, Minimal, Midnight, Sunset, Emerald and Luxury Gold. Switch any time.

Your buttons

TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Threads in one tap, plus up to three links of your own.

Listings follow along

Your 6 latest listings appear automatically. Nothing to keep updated.

You see the numbers

How many opened your page, and how many tapped each button.

QR code & share image

Download a QR for name cards and banners. Paste the link in WhatsApp and your own share image appears.

The page stays off until you switch it on yourself under Linkren in the dashboard. No agent gets a public page they do not know about.
How it connects

Post once, appear in four places

You post on COAListing

Fill in the property details once, photos included.

Other agents see it for COA

Registered agents can contact you for co-agency straight away.

The public sees it on FindHartanah

Buyers and renters find your listing through search.

Your website updates itself

The same listing goes live on your personal website.

Your agency's website too

If your agency runs its own site the listing appears there as well — under the agency name, alongside its other agents.

Before vs after

Stop being a clerk. Start being an agent.

Before

Listings scattered across WhatsApp, Excel and Telegram. Retyped for every platform. Old status still showing after the house is sold. Finding a co-agent means asking around one by one.

After

Every listing in one dashboard. Fill it in once and it appears on the co-agent board, on FindHartanah and on your website. Change the status once and the Telegram post updates itself. Other agents can see straight away what is open for COA.

What disappears here is the repeated work — retyping, reposting, re-announcing. Not the selling.
Tutorial 1

Request agent access

coalisting.com/request_access
coalisting.com/request_access
Open the request page

Go to coalisting.com/request_access

Fill in your REN/PEA details

Full name, registration number, agency and phone number — then pick a username and password.

Verify your email

We send you one confirmation link. Click it within 48 hours and your account goes live.

Use your username — not your email — and your password at coalisting.com/admin/login

One person, one account: the REN/PEA number, email, phone number and username can each only be registered once. An account that has not verified its email cannot log in.
Tutorial 2

Add your first listing

Admin — Add New Listing
Admin — Add New Listing
Press Add Listing

From the dashboard or directly at /admin/add_listing

Choose sale or rent

Blue for sale, green for rent — the same colours across every site.

Fill in location, price and specs

State, district, property type, rooms, size and tenure.

Upload photos

The first photo becomes the cover image everywhere.

Add a video link (optional)

Paste the YouTube link of your walkthrough. Listings with video convince out-of-town buyers faster.

Save

The listing goes live immediately. Not ready? Save it as a draft.

Tutorial 3

Open a listing for co-agents

Admin — Listing Ownership
Admin — Listing Ownership

Two important choices when posting — pick carefully, because they decide who can work with you.

This Is My Listing

Your own listing. You hold the owner; other agents can ask for COA.

Not My Listing

An owner's or another agent's listing you are helping to publish. Credit stays with the source.

When another agent reaches out for COA, reply promptly. This board runs on agents helping each other.
Tutorial 4

Turn on your personal website

Admin — Personal Website
Admin — Personal Website
Complete your profile

Photo, bio, agency and WhatsApp number — all of it shows on the site.

Request a personal website

Tell us the domain you want, or use the link we provide.

We connect the domain

Once the domain is live your listings appear there straight away.

Share the link

Put it in your Instagram bio, name card and WhatsApp status.

Telegram

Your Telegram channel updates itself

Connect your Telegram channel once. New listings are posted automatically — and when the status or price changes, that same post updates itself. No duplicate posts, no cluttered channel.

New listing

Photo, price, specs and your number go straight to the channel.

Booked / Sold

The old post is marked “Listing SOLD” or “BOOKED” with the date — nobody calls about a house that is gone.

Price up or down

The post becomes “Price updated: RM…” with the date, so buyers always see today's price.

Post a listing from Telegram

Link your account to the bot, then type /post to fill in a new listing right inside Telegram chat.

See your listings in chat

Type /listings to check your listings without opening the dashboard.

Expiry reminders

The bot sends you a private reminder when a listing is close to expiring, so it does not quietly disappear.

Your channel can also be listed in the agent channel directory, so other agents can find it and follow along.
Timeline Case

Between Booked and SoldA booking is not a sale — this is what happens in between.

A listing can sit at “Booked” for weeks, and the one still moving looks exactly like the one that died. Timeline Case records the six steps between booking and signing, so you can see which deal needs chasing.

Buyer books

The listing appears in Timeline Case the moment you set it to Booked.

Documents received

Payslips, bank statements, IC copy — whatever the bank needs.

Market value checked

Check what the house is really worth first. If the bank will not value up to the asking price, better to know now than after the loan comes back short.

Loan submitted

The application is in and waiting on a decision.

Loan approved

The letter of offer is out. If it fails, close the deal and the listing goes back on the market.

SPA signed

This is where the sale counts and commission can be claimed — not at handover. Keys are recorded after.

Who sold it

You, a Coalisting agent, an outside agent, or somebody else entirely. Four outcomes, four different fees.

Stalled deals rise to the top

The deal that has sat longest without moving sits first, not the newest one.

A note to yourself

“Waiting on the bank”, “buyer away until the 20th” — so next month you still remember.

After a month without movement, Timeline Case asks outright: did it close, or did it die? The status never changes by itself — you decide.
Listing index

One pinned message, all your listings

Someone who just joined your Telegram channel will not scroll through hundreds of old posts. The listing index is one pinned message listing every active listing you have — title, area, price and a link straight to the full post.

Numbered and ordered

Each listing is numbered with its area and price, so a buyer sees your whole stock at a glance.

Carries an update date

Your name, REN number and the update date sit at the top — buyers know it is current.

Updated, not duplicated

Send it again after adding or finishing a listing; the same message is refreshed in place.

Agents who already have a channel can use it right away — open Pin Telegram in the dashboard, press send, then pin that message on your channel.
Auto-post

A new listing, straight to your PageConnect once. After that you do nothing.

Most agents stop posting on Facebook not because they do not want to — but because every listing means uploading the photos again, retyping the price, rewriting the caption. Connect your Facebook Page once, and every new listing goes out on its own with a photo album and the full details.

Facebook, Instagram, Threads

Connect whichever you use. Instagram takes the same photos as a carousel; Threads gets the text version.

Comments answered from here

Comments on your Page land in the dashboard. Reply or hide them without opening Facebook — and the unanswered ones are marked.

Automatic replies

Switch on one fixed reply — usually your WhatsApp link — and every new comment is answered within seconds, even while you are at a viewing.

Auto-post uses your own Page, not ours. Your name and number go out, and the Page stays entirely yours.
Credentials

What a buyer can check for themselves

Anyone can type a REN number. These two things separate a licensed agent from somebody who typed five digits.

The agency, from the official register

An agent picks their firm from the BOVAEP register and its registration number fills in by itself — it cannot be typed. Both then appear together on their listings and website.

The blue tick

An agent sends a photo of their REN tag and we look at it ourselves. Nothing is approved automatically — the tick is us telling the public that somebody actually looked.

Grey, not missing

Before verification the tick is grey. No tick at all would read as “no information”; grey reads as “not confirmed yet”.

A refusal comes with a reason

If a request is turned down the agent sees why, and can fix it and send again.

One spelling, not forty

One firm used to appear as “CCI Realty Sdn Bhd”, “CCI REALTY” and “CCI”. The register ends that.

Agencies

A team that assembles itself

No invitations, no roster to maintain. The firm an agent picks in their profile is their agency, and everyone who picked the same firm shares one dashboard.

Pick the firm, join the team

Picked from the BOVAEP register, so one firm means one spelling. Moving firms? Change it in your profile. That is all.

Branches group together

The key is the firm's name, not the branch licence — so the Penang office and the Kuala Lumpur office of one company land in the same place.

Five tabs

The team, every listing it holds, the agency's public site, each member's month in numbers, and who runs the firm. Whoever runs it gets four more — members, leaving, branches and settings.

Seeing and running are different

Everyone at the firm sees the dashboard. Running it is a separate claim, read by a person — because anybody can type a firm's name.

History stays true

A listing already booked or sold keeps the agency it closed under. Moving agency never rewrites old sales.

Posters & video

Listing photos become a poster — and a video

Tap the small photo on any of your listings. One tap, and the same photos come out in two forms.

Poster

Price, location, specs and your own name and number laid over the listing photo, as a 2:3 flyer. Download it as a JPG.

Reel video

Your listing photos drifting past one by one in vertical 9:16, closing on a card with the price and your WhatsApp number. Ready for Reels, Status and TikTok.

Tap the listing photo

From For Sale, For Rent, Not My Listing or COA-Mark.

Pick Video or Flyer

Video is the first tab. Press play to watch it first.

Save and share

The file lands straight in your downloads. No editing app, no cost.

The video is built inside your own browser, not on our server — so it is stored nowhere. How sharp it looks depends on the photos you uploaded: ones forwarded through WhatsApp are already compressed and will look soft.
Tools

What else is in the dashboard

Listing Activity

Who COA-Marked your listings, who downloaded the photos, and every listing your firm is holding.

Telegram auto-post

New listings can be pushed to your Telegram channel automatically.

WTB matching

Record buyer requests and the system matches them to existing listings.

Reports

Views, saves and contacts for every listing.

Credits

Daily check-ins and rewards for active agents.

Viewings & callbacks

Viewing requests land straight in your list.

Saved

Keep interesting listings for co-agent follow-up later.

Tools — continued

The tools agents rarely know are there

Meta catalogue export

Export your listings as a catalogue for Facebook and Instagram ads — no building a product feed by hand.

Download photos (ZIP)

Grab every photo of a listing as a ZIP for your own marketing material. Requires a login — and if the listing belongs to another agent it is recorded, becomes your COA-Mark, and that agent is told.

Prospects & leads

The forms on your personal website come straight here — the Prospects tab, beside About.

Notifications

COA requests, viewing bookings and listing activity all land in one place.

Saved agents

Keep the agents you work with often so they are easy to reach again.

FindHartanah analytics

See how your listings perform on the public portal — views, saves and contacts.

Posters in one tap

Tap a listing photo and a poster is ready with the price, the specs and your name — made for WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

The “still available?” nudge

A listing nobody has touched for weeks starts to go stale. The bell at the top of the dashboard shows how many of yours are waiting — one tap confirms it is still available, and it stays fresh on FindHartanah.

Report a problem directly

Hit a bug or have an idea? Send it from inside the dashboard and follow its status until it is closed.

FAQ

What agents usually ask

Is COAListing paid?

No. Every approved agent gets the same thing — listings, a personal website, Telegram and exposure on FindHartanah. There is no premium plan.

Who can register?

Registered REN, PEA and agencies. Sign up, verify your email and the account is live — the same REN/PEA number cannot be registered twice.

I am already with an agency. Can I use it?

Yes. COAListing is not an agency. It is a board for working across agencies.

Will the public see my listings?

Yes, through FindHartanah and your personal website — with your name and number as the listing agent.

Can other agents take my client?

No. Owner details are not exposed. Other agents deal with you, not with the owner.

How long does approval take?

Usually within one working day once your REN/PEA details check out.

Must I change how I work today?

No. Keep using WhatsApp and other platforms. This is an addition, not a replacement.

What if I need help?

There is a Help Center and a contact form. We reply to agents directly.
