Appoint an agency admin or staff
Hand an office to its person, without going through us.
A firm with ten offices cannot be run by one person. The Admins tab lets you appoint a colleague at the same firm — no request to us, no waiting.
There are two roles, and the difference matters:
- Agency admin runs an office: its members, the branch details, the logo, and appointing others at that office.
- Agency staff only post listings on behalf of that office’s agents. No access to members or settings. This is the role most firms actually need.
Both are tied to the office that appointed them. Staff at the Klang branch post for Klang’s agents only — not for the other ten offices.
How far you can appoint depends on your own licence. Holding the firm’s licence means any office; holding a branch licence means yours. To undo it, press Remove beside their name — they go back to being an ordinary agent and lose no listings.
Agency superadmin — the role that runs every branch at once — is not granted here. It is too broad to hand out by a misclick, so we set it ourselves. Contact us if your firm needs one.
