• Registered agents: name, phone number, email, REN number, agency name, profile photo, and listing information you enter.
• Owner/Buyer (via the "Want to Sell?" / "Want to Buy?" forms on an agent's Brand-Site): name, phone number, desired location/area, property type, and any additional notes you voluntarily provide.

3. Use of Information

The information collected is used solely to:

• Enable property agents to manage listings and contact prospects (owners/buyers) who fill in forms
• Match buyer requirements (WTB) with suitable listings
• Send notifications related to your account (e.g: account approval, password reset, listing reminders)
• Improve the functionality and experience of this platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

Information you submit via the "Want to Sell?" or "Want to Buy?" forms on an agent's Brand-Site is shared only with that agent, for the purpose of contacting you regarding your property needs.
