Get the blue tick
We check your licence, then buyers can see it.
Anyone can type a REN number into a profile. A buyer reading your listing has no way to tell a licensed negotiator from somebody who typed five digits. The blue tick closes that gap: it means somebody at COAListing actually looked at your licence.
- Make sure your profile is complete first — name, licence and agency.
- Open Verification in the menu.
- Enter your name exactly as it appears on your tag, and your licence number.
- Upload a photo of your REN tag or authority card. The number and name must be readable.
- Send it. Nothing more is needed from you.
We use that photo only to check. It is never shown publicly.
Until you are verified your tick is grey — not missing. No tick at all would read as "no information"; a grey one reads as "not confirmed yet", which is the honest message to a buyer.
If a request is turned down you will see why on the same page, and you can fix it and send again. We never refuse without giving a reason.
Approving also copies the reviewed name and licence into your profile, so the tick and the name beside it always agree.
