The Archive: old listings, and bringing one back
Sold, expired and discarded listings live here — and can be made active again.
A listing does not vanish once it has done its job. When you change its status to Sold, when it expires, or when you discard it, it moves to Archive in the sidebar. Your main dashboard stays clean, but the record stays with you.
The Archive has two parts: listings on top, and buyer requests (WTB) that were fulfilled or have expired below. Each row carries an Edit and a Reactivate link.
Reactivate is the useful one. A sale falls through, or the owner comes back six months later — you do not retype anything. Press Reactivate, check the price and photos, and it is back in your active list.
What you discarded is here too. If you removed a listing by mistake, go to the Archive and bring it back — nothing is really gone.
