Answer Facebook comments from the dashboard

Comments on your Page land here — reply, hide, or let them be answered automatically.

A "how much?" comment left for three days is a lost lead. The Facebook Comments tab gathers every comment on your Page's recent posts in one place, and marks which ones have no reply yet.

Open My Auto-Post, then the Facebook Comments tab.
Type a reply and press Reply — it appears on Facebook as your Page.
An unwanted comment can be hidden, and unhidden again later.

If you keep typing the same answer, switch on Auto-reply. Every new comment gets your fixed text once — usually your WhatsApp link — within seconds, even while you are at a viewing. Comments made before you switched it on are left alone.

If the comments cannot be read, your Page usually has not granted permission to read them yet. Reconnect your Page, then open this tab again.
