Report a problem or send a suggestion
Send it from inside the dashboard and follow its status until it is closed.
Something not working, something confusing, or an idea you want to share? No need to hunt for anyone’s number — report it from inside the dashboard, and you can see for yourself when it is being worked on and when it is done.
- In the sidebar under ACCOUNT, tap Support.
- Pick what it is about: Listing, Telegram, Credit, Personal Website, Account or Something else.
- Tell us what happened. The more detail you give, the faster we can fix it.
- If it happened on one particular page, paste that page link too.
- Send it. Your report appears under “My Reports” with its status.
The status moves from New to In Progress to Resolved. If an admin leaves a note, you will see it under your own report.
