Timeline Case: from booking to signing
Track what happens to a listing after it is booked.
A listing can sit at "Booked" for weeks, and one that is still moving looks exactly like one that died. Timeline Case records each step between booking and signing, so you can see which deal needs chasing.
- Open Timeline Case from the menu, under Let's View. Every listing set to Booked appears on its own.
- Press a card to open it, then mark each stage as it is done.
- Answer "Who is selling this one?" once — the answer decides whether there is a commission in it for you.
A sale runs through six stages: buyer books, documents received, market value checked, loan submitted, loan approved, and SPA signed. Signing is the finish line — that is where commission can be claimed, not at handover. Keys are recorded afterwards.
Rentals have their own tab with four stages: tenant books, documents received, tenancy agreement signed, and stamped at LHDN. Stamping is what completes the tenancy.
When you mark "Loan submitted", it asks where it went — a bank or LPPSA. Pick the bank and the name is kept, so a month later you still know who to chase.
If the loan fails or the buyer pulls out, open "Deal fell through?" and cancel it. The timeline closes and the listing goes back to Available. If another Coalisting agent brought the buyer, they can follow the progress from their own Timeline Case, but only you can update it.
