Connect the board to Claude or ChatGPT

One address from Settings, and your AI can read the board, draft a listing and make a poster.

COAListing can be connected straight to Claude or ChatGPT. After that you ask in plain words - no opening the board, no remembering where every button is.

There are two addresses. The first is open to anyone and only reads: listings, agents and buyer requests. The second is yours alone, and that is the one that matters - it acts for your account.

Open Settings and generate your MCP address.
In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. In ChatGPT: turn on developer mode, then add a connector.
Paste your address, name it COAListing, and switch it on in a chat from the + menu.

With your own address, the AI can give you a morning briefing (what is new on the board, who COA-Marked your listings, which are about to lapse), list your listings and drafts, find buyers who match, draft a listing from what the owner wrote, make a poster, and put a new buyer request on the board.

No listing publishes itself. What the AI writes stays a draft until you open it, read it and press publish. It also sends nothing to Telegram or social media, and spends none of your credit.

That second address is a key to your account. Keep it to yourself, and you can replace it or switch it off in Settings at any time. The photo and review links the AI hands over also open without signing in, so they are for you alone - they stop working after a week.

Photos pasted straight into the chat cannot travel through this connection - that is a limit of the protocol, not a setting. Give https links, or use the phone link the AI hands over with the draft.

Each time we add a new tool you need to disconnect and reconnect the connector once - the tool list is only read when it connects.
