Your Reports page
Counts by status, your top areas, the last 30 days — and the Meta catalogue export.
Reports in the sidebar answers one question: what does your stock look like right now? It breaks your listings down by status (Available, Booked, Sold and so on), does the same for your WTBs, names the five states you hold most in, and counts how many new listings and WTBs you added in the last 30 days.
The numbers are yours alone — they count the listings you created, not the whole board.
The page has a second tab: Meta Ads. There you download your listings as a catalogue file in the form Facebook Commerce Manager accepts, to upload as an ad catalogue. This is the part most agents never find.
Reports is not Listing Activity. Reports counts what you hold; Listing Activity shows what other agents did to your listings.
