A quick guide to using COAListing Board — from posting listings to finding COA collaborations.

Every agent has 3 different profiles — each for a different purpose:
Your public profile on COAListing Board itself (coalisting.com/agent?u=...) — shows all your listings, COA collaboration reviews from other agents, and how other agents can reach you to co-broke. This is the "internal" profile for the agent community.
Your public profile on FindHartanah.com — the property search platform for the general public/buyers (not agents). All your listings pushed to FindHartanah link back here, so buyers can find and contact you directly.
Your own FREE personal website (coalisting.com/brand-site?u=...) — looks like a separate professional agent website, with property search, calculators, and Want-to-Sell/Want-to-Buy forms. Great for sharing directly with clients on WhatsApp/Instagram bio. There's also a Premium version (use your own domain, e.g. www.yourname.com) if you want to upgrade.
Registration is currently open via invite/request access. Click "Request Access" in the footer or homepage to apply for an account.
Once logged in, click "+ Add Listing" at the top of any page. Fill in the property details — title, price, location, photos — and make sure it's complete so your listing looks professional and is easy for other agents to find.
Have a video tour for your listing? Paste the YouTube link (e.g: youtube.com/watch?v=...) into the "Video" field when Adding/Editing a Listing — it's optional. If filled in, the video becomes the MAIN gallery display (replacing photo #1) on FindHartanah.com and your Personal Website, complete with a thumbnail and play button.
Have a buyer or tenant looking for something but you don't have matching stock? Post the request on the WTB page — other agents with a matching listing can contact you directly.
Found another agent's listing that fits your buyer? Click "COA-Mark" on that listing to save it as a reference and start a collaboration (co-broke) with the listing's agent.
Found an agent who's easy to work with? Click ★ "Save Agent" on their profile for quick reference under Saved Agents. You can also give a COA collaboration review on that agent's profile — this helps the community know who can be trusted.
Use "Advanced Filter" on the Listings page to search by State, Place, Category, Property Type, Price Range, Tenure, and Land Title — makes it easy to narrow down listings that truly match your buyer's needs.
